We welcome you to the second MultiLEAP webinar of this autumn to hear our guest speakers’ thoughts on timely theme of media/digital literacy:
Lauri Palsa works as a Senior advisor at the media literacy education department of the Finnish National Audiovisual Institute. He is also finalizing a PhD thesis about the conceptual contextualization of multiliteracies in the Finnish educational system. In his presentation, Lauri will, for example, discuss how the themes and objectives of MultiLEAP relate with the recently renewed media literacy policies in Finland.
Fabio Nascimbeni works as Assistant Professor at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (UNIR), where holds the Telefonica Chair on Digital Society and Education. He has recently authored the UNICEF Scoping Paper on Children Digital Literacy.
